The health and well-being of our clients is one of our top concerns. We are following the current government and health authorities COVID-19 guidance to ensure we are taking the right actions to protect our clients, employees and the community. For in person meetings clients are asked to:
If you feel sick, don’t come to the office
Frequently disinfect hands
Wear face masks at all times
Care can be difficult to obtain, and cost can be a big factor when it comes to seeking out counseling for yourself and those you care for.
Journey has a sliding-scale for fees per session. A sliding-scale is an option for individuals to pay less per session, based upon their income. For individuals who require financial assistance, a sliding-scale can be a big help when looking for counseling.
To learn about the cost for care based upon your annual income, select the range your annual salary falls within. You don’t have to consider anyone else’s income in your household when choosing your income level below, unless someone else is paying for your care.

Journey is able to provide Financial Aid to individuals who qualify due to generous donations made by supporters of Journey. Even if funds are not available for financial assistance, Journey will work with each provider to ensure costs can be covered in order to provide service. Financial assistance is not health insurance, neither our guidelines or plan of operation is an insurance policy. Complaints concerning financial assistance programs provided by Journey can be directed to the office of the Texas Attorney General.
